2011 Rate Schedule

Winter (except Christmas and New Years weeks) $1680 per week, $240 per night, 4 night minimum (Dec 3-Mar 11)
Christmas and New Years Weeks $2100 per week, $300 per night, 5 night minimum (Dec 19-Jan 2)
Spring Break $3038 per week, $434 per night, 5 night minimum (Mar 12-Apr 15)
Spring (except Spring Break) $2100 per week, $300 per night, 5 night minimum (Apr 16-May 27)
Summer $3038 per week, 7 night minimum (May 28-Aug 19)
Fall $2100 per week, $300 per night, 5 night minimum (Aug 20-Dec 2)

Cleaning fee included; 12.5% tax additional (7.0% Florida State, 4.5% county, 1.0% A&E Fee
50% deposit due at time of booking, remainder due at or before arrival on site.
