Viva Verde is located on the main pedestrian path in town, at the southern end of Lake Marilyn. We are about a block from the stunning Caliza Pool and two houses from the community center, featuring a fitness center, movie and game room.
Our home is located in a prime spot at Alys Beach. This courtyard-style house has an on-site parking garage and is on the main pedestrian path to town. We are very close to the Caliza Pool, the nature preserve and Lake Marilyn.
Pedestrian pathways surround two sides of the house, with an alley in the back leading to the garage.
